Ir apke yaha 30 days exchange offer hota hai, to maine 4th day me apni spykar jeans ko exchange karvaya... Jiski total cost 1836 rs thi... Muje phir itne rupayee ka credit note mila... By accidental mujse credit note kho gaya hai.. Jiski wajah se mai koi bhi product ni le paya,,, aur mujse ye kaha gaya tha ki jaisi hi exchange offer khatam hoga after 30 days ke baad apko new credit note mil jaega... 1 months ke baad mai 2 september ko gaya aur maine credit note ki baat ki to unhone kaha ki hamari company ne credit note dena band kar diya hai, matlab ek bar agar credit note lost ho gayi to dobara ni milegi... Sir mera nuksaan ho raha hai 1836rs ka... Sir agar ap aisa karenge to hum log phir kiase aenge pantaloons me,, please sir muje credit note dene ki aseem kripa kare,,, mob no [protected],,,, [protected]... Our understanding of your query: You have credit note that was issued on 3rd September, you have lost the credit note and want an exception.

To provide a resolution to your query we spoke with the relevant team, here is what they shared:

• We would like to inform that as per credit note redemption policy –In order to redeem a credit note, the customer needs to retain and submit the hard copy of the credit note and the credit note must be in a readable condition with the 30 days from the date of issue.
