[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — exchange policy

I purchased w brand tops with buy two get one offer at pantaloons Tirunelveli.Among the three one has the size problem and also small defect is there..I want to exchange it.while exchange I faced a big problem..during payment I have used my points 588 as directed by the cashier .so my total amount was (1599*2) 3198 and paid extra 5 for carry bag.I paid 2615 from my debit card and 588 from points .For exchage they are considering only 2615, not the 588. I really disappointed.They are arguing with me that they are giving a discount that is not my money.what I have purchased before for that they have 588 and asked me to use.For exchange they are not considering that points.They asked me to check some other collections in the brands with the same price.But I didn't get it.Then they gave option to select from other brand with the same price.I didn't get any items with the same price .So I spent my half day like this ...I never had such a bad experience from pantaloons.I never expect that too.Decided not to go pantaloons.such a worst experience.
