Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Kurta damaged from the stiching for first time use

Dear Sir,
I gouttam Sahu, Purchased a kurta pajama set from Pantaloon Berhampur, Odisha for my 8 year old son on 13/14/2024 and the same was used for first time on Kumarpurnima (17/10/2024).But it is unfortunate that with in a 2 hours o[censored]se the shoulder stiching tear off and the Kurta got damaged and my son lost his happiness . Pantaloon |Berhampur has cheated us and harassed us by selling very poor quality products at a high price of Rs 999/-.When i visted the store and brought to notice the store manager, they told me, we are helpless. I want a replacement of the product or refund of money.
