[Resolved] Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — regarding claim of amount of rs. 1699/- | |||
On dated 30.09.2018 i along with my wife visited your outlet at unity one mall rohini west metro station delhi-110085. There we purchased one peter england casual shirt (6205 mfp..) for a rs. 1699/- only. At the cash counter we chose to pay via debit card. We gave debit card of "bank of india" which is in the name of my wife (Ms. Aparna karati) to your executive present at the cash counter for swapping the same. Your executive swapped the said card in the pos machine and amount of rs. 1699/- debited form the account of my wife and my wife received massage from the bank regarding debit of said amount immediately around 07.09 pm, but your executive told us that he did not received the same as the said amount went into escrew account of your compnay which will be credited back to account from which it is debited within 3 to 4 days. Then on the assurance of your executive we paid cash to your executive present at the cash counter. We received a payment receipt in my name (Shankar [protected]) from your executive bearing cash receipt no. B183002i18009931 dated 30.09.2018. More than 25 days have passed since the said transaction but till date the aforesaid amount of rs.1699/- which was debited from the account of ms. Aparna karati my wife has not been credited back when we already have paid cash to your executive at cash counter. Please look into the same and do the needful as early as possible by returning the amount of rs. 1699/- debited form the account of ms. Aparna karati on dated 30.09.2018 at around 07.09 pm failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal action for recovery of the same.
