We had paid all amount by april 2018.
We were promised to get the noc from paramount within few days.
But it has been almost 9 months and we still following up with paramount office staff (Sector 63) for our noc.
Sector 63 paramount staff personnel named sushma has been misleading and providing false promise regarding noc.

Every month we have to pay rs 3000 to noida authority due to the penalty delay in noc from paramount's end.
Highly unprofessional and customer repelling turn around time for a noc, that too from a private firm.

We are still struggling to get our noc back.

    I have bought studio apartments in paramount golf foreste pine-308.
    I am paying emi since march 2018 and nothing have been received against pre emi interest as committed and no information about the possession.
    Let me know when will i receive my pre emi interest? Or should i go legal?
    I have called several times but always received same response that your pre emi will process soon.
    Is there any policy or tat to resolve customer complaint. Please behave professionally.

    I went their office in sector 63 noida as well multiple times. I have never find anyone over there who can explain a bit about the project. They always talk in insulting way..

    I didn't know before booking of this project that they are so much unprofessional and hired very cheap people in their office, who do not know how to talk with customer as well.

        I have booked a studio apartment by paying one lakh rupees. Due to loan issues, i cancelled it later.

        I paid to account paramount golf foreste-a to account in bank having ifsc code kkbk0000172.

        No refund received sofar from paramount and customer care is not answering properly.

        Request the authority to look into this matter and provide the refund at earliest.

          From last 5 month to till now,
          As i have been keeping the follow up for the below pending refund, and sending emails, but still i didn't get any proper reply on that.

          As i need the refund on priority due to some medical emergency so request them to process it on priority.
          3 month before i have called in office and as per the conversation with ms. Anita that i will be getting refund by next 20 to 25 days,
          But still i didn't get any call or email from them side,

          And keeping them remind that as i m in medical emergency so i really need that refund that i can utilise.

          Kindly sattle this matter on urgent basis

            I have booked a flat in september 2015 in paramount emotions, sector -1, greater noida west, and made registry of this flat on 28th june 2018. At the time of booking builder had a scheme of fully furnished flat (Including double bed & almirah in all bed rooms, 5 seater sofa, center table, dining table with chairs, modular kitchen with chimney & cook top, lights & fans). Now they are denying this offer. I am following them on daily basis but there is no answer from developer side. It's been 25 days from registry neither the flat is handed over nor the fully furnished offer is provided to me.

              There are too many stary dogs in paramount golforeste society in greater Noida sector zeta. The dogs have now started attacking kids and females. Can you do something here. It does not look safe for the small kids and the parents have walk along with a stick to ensure th dogs don't attack the kids. Kindly take speedy action before any tragedy happens.

                I, santosh kumar, staff of andhra bank (Staff code-25511) working as dy. Manager at new alipore, kolkata. My phs id - ui kol 2336827 & policy no - 500100/28/16/p1/09734593. I had applied a hospitalization claim of rs. App.37, 000/ only on oct-2017 and replied all the quiries raised and received all replied to your office in feb-2018, confirmed by you. Till now we are continuously following through phone and mails but sorry to say that we did not get any satisfactory response and status of the claim from your representatives.
                Hence, i request you to look into the matter and settle the claim immediately.

                  I made a payment towards possession of a villa in paramount golf foreste in january 2016. After numerous follow-ups and i was finally provided details of the lawyer 1 year later.
                  I made payment for stamp duty in december 2018 and it has been 3 months that the possession process has not been completed. After 3 months the lawyer directed me back to paramount.
                  I have been trying to contact mudassar on [protected] for the last 15 days, he has not attended calls and has not responded to sms.

                  Paramount does not react unless and until you write letters to their md mukesh agarwal

                      To whosoever it concern,
                      I had booked a unit with paramount golf - foreste of flat no. P-1927 booked in the project paramount golfforeste dated 12th dec 2016through square yards.
                      Initially at the time of booking, i was asked to pay towards as earnest money to the unit no p-1927 amount inr 90824/- and rest of the amount on loan. For some reason my loan did not got approved and had to cancel the deal.
                      For refund of rs.90824, spoke to customer care umpteen times and at last they asked to send the mail to my. [protected]@outlook.com which i did, then after couple of days they came back saying to send from registered mail id which is attached for your reference. Every time when ever i wanted to call customer care, some tell it will refund in 15 days some tell 6 month of time with no proper communication and without ending the call they disconnect.
                      I then called and took help of square yards, but in vain as they are also not aware of the refund status. Every time they blame paramount but ultimately am suffering from all these confusions.
                      Am fed up with this kind of responses from the worst customer care and they are not valuing customer urgency.
                      For initial money they were following up for the amount and we gave the money trusting the company through square yards and now we are begging for our own money. Its now more than 6 months from the date of refund request and till now none of them bothered to respond on the status of refund. We are badly need of money as we have some other commitments to be fulfilled.
                      Request someone to respond and help to get the refund of my amount.

                      I dint got any call from the team, i only called up to the paramount and it was so astonishing, customer care executive are so lethargic in responding, unprofessional, and they are speaking in air.Unfortunately they are now telling they don't have the fund to refund and they have been telling the same thing alcl along from last 6 months.

                      Yogesh I can totally relate to what you've shared as I am also facing the same kind of response from Paramount staff. I have had an abysmal experience with this group. The staff at Paramount is most unprofessional, and their processes are unethical. There is no transparency. They do not acknowledge emails, do not acknowledge any property document, that you hand over to them for any work and also at times do not provide receipts for the payments you make. For property transfer from one buyer to another, which usually is a breeze with other builders, these people take ages and until you consistently follow them, forget it will ever be done. If Mr. Mukesh Agarwal, MD of Paramount group knows that this all is happening in his organization, it's a grave concern for all the stakeholders, who have invested in buying homes at Paramount. If he doesn't then I am requesting the group head to set his house in order so that, he can continue to derive his Customers' trust and goodwill.

                        I came for site visit on[protected] from delhi to noida in hot summer, but useless fellow consumer care executive mr nitin could not arrange for site visit even after reaching site with public transport which rarely goes there. After reaching the gate no1 he could not come there and neither send someone to pick me up from there even after 10 calls to this guy. He ask me to come gate no 2 which was not know to me and keep telling someone will pick you after 10 min but till 2 hr no one came. Useless people no given in the website. Terminate the guy who doesn't know his job responsibility. I spent 250 r's to come there at 3:0 pm in scorching hot sun but this guy sitting in his back office ac seat cannot come to meet me the customer. What flat they will sell. Loss to organization.

                          Me and my colleagues are covered under "Corporate Insurance Medical Policy" by Paramount Health Services (TPA) PVT. LTD.

                          Renewal date of the policy was April 1st, 2017
                          Before this we were to complete or contact and dependents date by 20th March, 2017.
                          We incorrectly added our parents as dependents in this information.
                          We now want to remove the dependents from our policy.

                          This was highlighted to Paramount Health Services on 22nd March 2017, much before the renewal date of April 1st.

                          Our request since then has not been addressed and our first premium installment has auto deducted from out Salaries.

                          We want to remove the dependents from our Medical Cover.

                              Captured below are some of recent sms/ whatsapp messages' communications sent to their possession cum maintenance head mr kapil gupta, gm & head of floraville project mr rehan khanvand a director of paramount mr. gandhi.

                              Kapil ji. either you did not share the truth with my husband today morning or kenndia tower incharge shankar is lying. after waiting for the whole day, on just being called shankar informed that he has no information fm you to do any repair work at my house so can't tell if and when the repair work will happen or start. this is shocking. could you pls tell me what all this is going on. cc: mr. gandhi, mr rehan khan, mr. shankar.

                              Kapil ji. as is your standard practice, again there is no response from you to my yesterday's communication sent over an sms.
                              I again request your clear response:
                              1. is paramount expected do the repair work in my house (due to the extreme pathetic condition of the house handed over to me and which was physically verified by you at my house during your visit)
                              2. if paramount is not expected to do this repair work, please simply but clearly inform me as i don't want any burden o[censored]ndue favour from paramount.
                              3. i also don't want repair in my house to correct your humongous shortcomings as i am not landlord of your director, mama ji of your md or close business associate or vendor of paramount management nor i am willing to bribe your site people to get any repair work done
                              4. i won't be surprised even if you reply in negative as at the time registry itself paramount had unfairly forced me to sign a document which stated that 'after my due inspection, i had already received my house in fully ready condition with no shortcomings'. but this issue can be taken up at a separate level with paramount directly and also through consumer protection act (unfair trade practice) and could also be pushed through mrtp act.

                              [05/10, 12:56 p. m.] 🌻cma🌻: i had to take possession of my house a little earlier than expected due to late realisation of mahurat constraints. before that huge shortcomings in my house were told to then tower incharge and in good faith i believed when he shared all shortcomings hv been corrected and house was ready for possession and i took the possession in good faith
                              [05/10, 12:57 p. m.] 🌻cma🌻: but to my horror some of deficiencies found were 1. none of 10 doorframes (chokhat) was in good condition or even straight 2. 95% of tiles were left without grouting 3.in two washrooms and two balconies water drainage issue 4. two toilet seats were not even properly fixed 5. area below all sinks just left open any without pop or cement work 6. tiles broken in living room, kitchen, bathrooms and balconies 7. complete house painted without even namesake repair 8. kornish broken at various places 9. all doors simply painted even all hv big holes and incomplete beadings 10. all balconies with zero repair and paint
                              [05/10, 12:57 p. m.] 🌻cma🌻: when i brought it to notice of project head, he was simply discourteous and rude, possession head never said no, visited my house and felt very sorry abt it's condition but nothing done in these months. i even approach the director whose photo is on registry but zero response. there are one or two good souls who still trying and hope they succeed in getting it repaired.

                                  I have bought a house from paramount group in a society named as paramount golf foreste in greater noida 3 years back. The builder promises to give the possesion in feb 2015 as this society started in 2011. The builder pressurised to give full payment in sep 2015 and said that they will give the possesion in next 2 months. But the possesion is not done till now and when we try to ask them, they are not meeting us, not giving us date of possesion.                                     I am allottee of Villa No. D-205 in "Paramount Golfforeste" project at Greater Noida being developed by Paramount Group. I paid full and final payment against the above property on May 2015. At that time, property was under construction and only 50% was completed. I requested them to extend the date of final payment and complete the construction first but they were adamant and charged penalty of Rs. 56000/- for delay in payment for 15 days.
                                    They assured possession within three months.
                                    Since then, they are delaying the registration and possession on one pretext or other. They do not have courtesy to even inform me the likely dates of registration of the said property. Even after repeated reminders by mail, they are not giving any information.
                                    I am loosing interest on full and final payments I made about one year back. They gave number of their advocate for registration and asked to deposit amount for purchasing of stamp papers. I deposited the cheque which expired after three months. I redeposited a fresh cheque which expired again. Now I do not know how long should I keep on depositing the cheques like this.

                                      My father mr. Hitendra jain was admitted in g. B multi-care hospital, nagpur in 06th june 2015.
                                      We have submitted all the required documents on time and got the confirmation that all the documents are received by the company.                                         I am a policy holder issued by you through paramount health services p. Ltd.
                                        My policy no. 240600/46/14/[protected] & phs id : na pun 22799065 jio & jio sa id : 068651 valid upto[protected]. I have submitted post hospitalization claim on[protected]. After that i received a mail on[protected] asking few original documents which was already submitted. I replied that mail on[protected] about late submission & clarification about documents submitted..

                                        After that again i received the same mail & i replied & i somehow managed the original documents again & submitted on[protected]. After that i continuously & compassionately calling to paramount but nothing happened. I didn't received any reply from them. No responsibilitywas taken by any one.

                                        Today again when we called on given number miss sonali advised me to talk to mr vardhman patravali & gave his number. But as usual call was not attended by him. Again we called to call center where miss pooja mishra received my call. She also tried to talk to mr. Vardhman patravali but she too was unable to get connected to him. Finally she gave me the other mail id & committed me that mr. Vardhman patravali will call me up today it self. She also suggested to complain on other id given by her.

                                        I request you to please look in to matter & do the needful as early as possible.
