I am Monika, I have taken possesion In YUCCA Tower 1701, Paramount
Symphony Crossings Republik.
I have shifted to my flat on 24th Dec 2011.
After shifting to our Unit,Problems which I am facing a lot are below.
1. Lift Problem: Every Morning and Evening, either my family is at ground flor or inside the lift for duration of 1 -2 Hours. Because here Lift never work. More over when lift does not work then I always give the information to Mr. Pradeep about lift problem.
Why so?? Where are your manual power to manage the lift? Lift problem is on routine basis. Mr. Pradeep is the evidence of this problem.
Mr. Pradeep, am I wrong?
If lift is not working here then why you people are giving possession? only for facing the situation do or die
2. Security: Security in only at gate not in the campus because I never found any security when I face lift problem and use stares to go down. No security at all.
3. Lights: When I face lift problem on 17th floor then I usually go down from stairs and not found lights over stairs then in this situation how a alotte ll manage through stairs if there is compltely dark area?
After complaining it, the I am going to get the TEMP ligthts on stairs.Why Paramount is not thinking over this type of point?
Paramount has made us live in HELL after paying them Lakhs of our hard earned money.
