Sir, Paramount started a project named floraville at Noida Sector-137, I booked a flat In 2011 at Jasmine Tower, flat N0-901 on allotment letter Paramount assured that they will handover this flat within 30 month time from the date of my booking, Now It is the end of 2015, in April 2015 company has demanded whole flat price and give a offer of possession but flat was not ready when I asked for flat they told that we are going to start registry...

Lazy customer care and head office staff

Address: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

I have booked a unit with Paramount Golf-foreste unit.I was called for registery purpose of my aforesaid property on 08.09.2015.But to my suprise my documents were not ready, I was asked to come after 4pm.I must tell that no one from Paramount confirmed that I had to come on some specified time.I was told that my stamp papers were not received by paramount on time whereas as per the lawyer allocated to me, he showed me a receiving of 11.08.2015...

No compensation on delayed possession

As per the BBA, I was promised to give possession of said property in Dec 2013, now I got the letter for possession (in Apr 2015) with final demand.
