The claim documents for my mother had reached your office in Delhi Rajendra place on 4 March 2021 . But till date the refund is not received . We are trying the toll free number but no response. The below message was received on 4th March 2021 :
Claim no.[protected] registered succesfully under your Policy 404400/50/20/10000047. After examining all documents we will revert to you within 7 working days .For Help Contact[protected] PARK TPA
I have been following up for the same . There is some Ms Rashika Chauhan at Rajendra place New Delhi office who was taking care of this . But till date after 4 months we have still not received the claim amount . This is most pathetic company is have come across. Was this information helpful? |
