I had an appointment at Partha Dental karimnagar by 5:30pm date 18/8/2021 and we reached earlier by 5:25pm but there was no one for assistance till 5:44pm.
If it is how the way of service of partha provided in karimnagar then its better Mr. Partha to windup from their poor services. No proper appointment schedules available, no assistance and nothing.

I am Tanuja Pasupuleti from Mangalagiri. I had consultant about my teeth for Clip Treatment. They asked Advance money then I paid 5000rs/-. After few days they told Treatment was not suitable for my Teeths. So, that's why I am cancelled my treatment and ask refund(5000). Please solve the issue as soon as possible. Already one month back send a complaint to the head office. Still Issue was not clear and they told refund will be give half ammount only. Treatment was not started but why I am give the half amount. They are not told and there is no point in the terms and conditions also. So please 🙏 solve it 😊

My name is M Sai Ram Reddy, I'm taking ortho braces treatment in ameerpet branch from Feb 2020 every 3 months ortho doctor will change, the new appointed doctor Dr.catherine Divya rachana is very rude treating patient very badly, I already complained to your customers support to change branch, please listen my call recordings, I'm requesting to change branch, after complaint to customer service they dint given any update so I called back to customer support team, they are saying that branch incharge people told them don't respond to me, now customer support also not lifting the call, Branch people not given call to me for this appointment, pathetic service, noone cares about my issue, My registered mobile number [protected], I paid complete amount for the treatment, but this branch people stopped my treatment in the middle, please anyone do needful

We had an appointment on Friday, doctor fixed the treatment on Friday and they postponed the treatment to Saturday morning and when we called in the morning for treatment they said to come in the evening, and in the evening again when we called them they said doctor is busy with an operation we'll let you know and had no response since then.. the patients's pain holds on it can't go away...Must be learning of the patient's condition and act...when we once complained they said we had an appointment with the doc and they didn't let us know anytime

I have been for consultation with Partha Dental and i was suggested to undergo Root canal Treatment.

Incident 1: Dr. Yashasvani burnt the Lips while undergoing the Root canal and had no answer from her apart from a sorry. This is clear act of negligence. I had to suffer from pain and embarrassment for almost a month time

Incident 2: Dr. Trisha who was inefficient in handling patients treated me and immediately after the treatment Lips got swollen to the extreme extent.

Need a justification on the same

Sir, two months gone not received Aligners, it's my second complant, but no response.

This is hungry dentist hospital running after money, providing treatments with unskilled doctors and making patients lives even worse. They don't focus on quality treatment as much as they do on advertisements. Just to draw customers and their money, suggestions are provided not on proper analysis by examining the bone structure and relevant areas but by their own comfort and will of doing the treatment . Irregular treatments have been done in their flexible times which led to severe distress for me and my brother. Despite heavy amounts that we paid we didn't receive the proper treatment & had suffered a lot because of these guys. I request GOI to kindly check the qualification of these doctors as they are training their dentists on us just to save their pockets, also their policy of rotating the doctors for their own good without completely checking a patient. Such an obsolete and illogical system it has! It is so ridiculous to have such hospital advertising on large basis. Save patients from these money hoggers.

No information regarding availability of ortho doctors and no information of next appointment

It's been more than 2 months and the doctor doesn't give appointments at right time, she is always irregular to hospital and delays every appointment and now it's been more than two months and they aren't giving appointments in the name of doctor is on leave.

Worst service. receptionists are very arrogant. They wont even give proper resepct to people.
They left my root canal process in the middle. Im suffering from pain. I will sue this hospital if they wont complete my root canal process.

Its been two nd half months my aligners not not changed ..my 15set complited on march 30th, till date not issued my new sets..what is the use if i use after a huge gap and no proper response from padmaraonagar branch Hyderabad .ur team simple response not received sets .pathatic.
Better to choose other option than trusting a brand.never ever recommend to any one.

I have had implant of my teeth in 2019, for which caping for one tooth is done recently, the other tooth left uncapped saying it will be painful, later they said doctor is not available. This is happening from one month. Am diabetic unable to eat properly, getting treatment from l.b Nagar branch, worst service in fact! Through out the year they said...cz of Corona they are not providing any treatment. What the hell is this? After I paid everything how long I need to wait for the treatment??

Hi we visited Partha dental for tooth alignment.they told us go for aligners.before pay the amount after scan we asked so many times to is there place for alignment they told yes no need to extract or chipping .so we paid money.after the payment of 1 1/2 month they called and said about tooth chipping there is no place so we don't accep t and we went for decoy opinion to consult another doctor.he said no place and already crowded tooth. So we asked for refund they called us once and convenience for chipping and they told we will call later aligners Alan not fitting.again they said ok we cannot chip your teeth without chipping we will treat There is no place how can they treat I think it will not management fault so please refund our money we are middle class people. Now we cannot trust Partha and we will not continue treatment plesae slove our problems atleast refund how much possible

This doctor did a root canal on my two tooths on 28/03/2021. And then for the follow up he gave the next appointment but suddenly he went on leave for the next week leaving my root canal process for next set of tooths in the middle. Then he called and gave an appointment on 5/04/2021 at 7.30 pm but enen after 8.30 pm he didn't even come leaving me in the clinic for 1 hr waiting. Even today I didn't get my root canal done and they even took the full payment for the procedure of 13000.

I spent 1.5 lakh for my clear aligners treatment, i spent almost 80 k to come India to get the treatment done, before i came India, they promised me to give free treatment, after coming here they are changing their words for my lack/failure treatment, if they don't justify the situation, i will proceed legally to pay more than actually i spent for my time, energy and trust breaking.

The most irresponsible and one way getters, inefficient treatment, no respect for patients. I want to proceed legally if free treatment is not provided or my money is not returned.

Please provide your response as soon as possible, otherwise i will come up with a lawyer notice.

This is in regards to dental invisiline aligners. They have stopped treatment in the middle. They are not even responsible to answer when I ll receive the next set of aligners.

I went to Partha dental attapur on Jan 2020 for implantation and they kept me temporary cap it was nice but after this lockdown I went to make this teeth permanent and they did not take my impressions correctly and they insterted permanent teeth in November 2020 but it's was big and i went again so they grinded the cap now after 3 months that is on March 2021 cap came out and again visited the clinic and this time doctor kept so much gap in between cap and implant
