Hello sir, I came today for my passport from nanded to nagpur and they sent me back because I was not having annexure f with me. I was having all my original documents with me but they sent me back the person who was sitting their to verify documents he was not aware that state bank of patiala is a natinalise bank and it's pass book is a valid proof of address. As per passport.gov.in website you can have either annexure f or any of the 3 documents from the given list of documents but in nagpur they told me that annexure f is mandatory document for tatkal if this is the case why this is not mentioned on your website and why call centre guys are not aware about this I called on[protected] twice to confirm this thing and even they told me that annexure f is not a mandatory document if you are having 3 documents out of those 16 documents then why nagpur passport seva kendra is not following this rule people are coming from Parbhani, Nanded etc by taking online appointments and they are sending them back there is a option called document upload for user then why they have not taken my documents and proceed further I would upload that annexure f once came back to nanded. This service is created for users and they are sending them back only because of annexure f and it's not mentioned anywhere that it's a mandatory document for tatkal passport. Nagpur passport seva kendra only troubles people for small small things and why nanded. Could you please help me understand all these queries because they are sending back everyone because of annexure f.its is not easy to get annexure f from any of the person in the given list if someone is applying through tatkal it means they need this as soon as possible but nagpur office guys are sending them back I asked one of the Rpo officer for same query and he told me if you want to do a complaint then go ahead annexure f is compulsory for nagpur office why they have their own rule iam not able to understand they wasted my time and money both travelling from nanded to nagpur takes 9 hours for journey and then whole day I was waiting for my bus this is not acceptable you guys are giving trouble to people not helping them. I going for police varification on dated 4/02/2014 and it can be done all most, but my passport status still showing under the police verification dear sir I'M already getting late for my passport.
so please take my request for passport under supervision and give me a passport as early as possible.

phone no one received the telephone. I have already missed one

Myself Pranava Shankar Mishra, PhD student in Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS), Sewagram, 70 kms from Nagpur had applied for Passport in wardha in last week of April 2011. the status of passport dispatch is showing the tag "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time" since one month or more. while two of my friends had cleared the dispatch by going to the Passport Office directly. i want to know why they are delaying in passport dispatch. even they never pick the inquiry phone number they have given for public convenience.

THE PASSPORT APPLICATION IN THIS OFFICE ARE BADLY HANDLED I HAVE BEEN UNDER POLICE REPORT PROCEDURE BEFORE THREE MONTHS AND THEY DISPLAY NO POLICE REPORT IS RECEIVED.

My fiancée has submitted a passport application on december 2010(NGP-z[protected].

After Police verification, passport status was shown on website as "Passport will be dispatched in one week's time". This was the status about 2-3 months back.

Still the status is same. We have not received passport.

We call passport office daily on all the numbers nobody picks up the call.

sent mails on the given mail address but no one replies.

Personally visited passport office nagpur, and the experience is not worth writing down. same thing was told that passport will be dispatched in one week's time.

Now I am writing this but my attitude towards government organization is so negative now that I am sure no action will be taken over this complaint.

We had been applied for the passports to the Bhandara Passport Cell in the month of June & July, but till date we are not in receipt of Passports.

All the formalities have been already completed and on the status enquiry from the site it shows a message "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". This message has been shown since[protected]. First of all the despatch date was given[protected] but till today we are not in receipt of our Passports.



We had plan a Tour to Thailand in the Deewali Vacation. We had booked the Tour for 9th November 2010. But due to non-receipt of the passports, we are not in position to continue with the tour our other friends had gone. The tour-operator has given one more chance to us by extending the date to 27th November.

We had sent 3 E-Mails earlier, but no communication from your office has been received.

We had came to your Nagpur Office for meeting, but the Guard has not permitted us to meet you. On the site detail, the delivery time of Passport was given 5 pm to 6 pm. We reached there at 5 pm. The Guard had informed to come tomorrow between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm, which is the time for application of Passports. The other staff explains us that the despatches of Passports is delayed due to pressure of HUZ Pilgrims. Now the Huz pressure has been released.



We therefore humbly request you for GOD sack kindly dispatch our Passports at your earliest and oblige.

I Apologise for the wrong entry of File Number in previous complaint. here is the corrected one.

I have applied for passport on 20th Oct 2009 through Nagpur Regional Passport office, but after a long time the status of passport is "the Application has been transfered to Policy section please see PRO". What is PRO and why is my application sent to policy section? how can i see it?
Please help me...please suggest me what I'm suppose to do?

i have applied for passport on[protected] for NAGPUR region, and i gone under Police inquiry on[protected], since my passport status is under "Police report has not been Received".

it means from three months i am just waiting for the Passport normally it comes within 45 days,

if any reason let me know so that i will re-apply for the Passport.

the most important is, i called up NAGPUR office so many times but no one picking up my call also i have sent mail several time for that also no reply.

I am holding valid passport with File No.-NGPZ05157107 .As there was correction in Mother’s name in my passport, I have submitted my passport along with duly filled reissue form personally to Nagpur Passport Office on Monday 20/07/2009 with file No NGP A002661. While submitting the form at window I was told that no police verification report required for reissue of passport. But while checking online status its showing Police Report not Recieved . I even tried to contact Nagpur passport office regarding this issue, but no one respond.What is use of phone and mail then??Now in current status it is showing "Application has been transferred to policy section, Please See the PRO".Please help me.Its urgent.

I have applied for a fresh passport. I had submitted my application form at Police Comissionar office, Osmanabad ( Maharashtra ). At the time of submission I had completed all documentation.I had submitted application on 02/05/09. Then I had faced police enquiry at Yermala, (Maharashtra) Police station because of my permanent address proof is of Maharashtra. Presentaly from past 2 years I am staying at Hyderabad. Then I had faced police enuiry at hyderabad also. I had given company letter where I am working presentaly as proof of residence at hyderabad. On Regional Passport Office, Nagpur website application date is showing 04/06/09 that is exactly one month after the submission of application and status is showing that Police report is incomplete and Case is being examined. If I have completed all documentation required for a passport and also faced police enquires at both places then why it is getting delay to issue the passport and if police report is incomplete then it's not in our terms. I had given all documentary proofs which were asked by Police at both the times I faced enquires.

This is Nitin Motghare working with HCL Technologies, Noida. I have
applied my wife's passport with the name of " Niwedita Nitin Motghare " applied from Bhandara Passport Office-441904 (Nagpur) before 5 Months & case reference Number "NGP-Z[protected]" and also done with police verification. when I contact them they told case refered to Dy. Commissioner of Police, SB, CID, Nashik for necessary verification. But still so far we didn't receive her Passport.

Can any one please track the reason that why it's taking long time.

Now please suggest me what should I do to complete the further process of Passport. Its very very urgent to process my wife work permit VISA for Ausralia.
