This is Sagar Anandpara. I'd applied for the passport (File No.:F 026144, Key No. [protected]) on
3rd Nov., 08, but due to some problem, I have not received it yet, unlike my cousin Kalpesh Ananpara, who applied with me, got it on 7th Jan, 09.
We'd applied through an authorized agent at Amravati, "Kothawala Travels". When talked with them about it, they said I will receive some letter from the office, which I received day before yesterday, though dispatched on 21st Jan, 09.
In that letter, its written like I am suppose to meet the Passport Officer, within 1 month, but I don't know whether 1 month from the date of application or from the date I got the letter.

I am Khusi Mukherjee. I have applied for my passport on 15th January in Nagpur office. My file no is F 001165. It was about to deliverd at the address I have mentioned in my form 3 to 4 days ago. Basically it is a hostel. At the time of delivery I was not present so the postman did not give it to anyone else and he retured it to the passport office. The problem is that atleast for next two months I will not be able to come to Nagpur. So I am afraid that if my passport wiil be get cancelled because I will not be able to report at the passport office. At this situation please suggest me what I should do. Can you keep it for two months without cancelling it so that I can collect it when I come to Nagpur OR should I send you my present adderss so that you will send it to my present address. it is not a complain it is a request. PASSPORT OFFICE — letter received is late posted with time limit

I have received a letter from Passport Office, BBSR on 17.07.09 posted during 14.07.09. However the letter is dated as 17.06.09 with time limit as one month
I have submitted self attested copies of residential certificate issued by The Tahasildar Balasore & further the running pass book account copy. I shall be forwarding the copies further with attestation of certificates by Gazetted Officers within three days. I hope you will bear till then & expedite the processing and issue me the pass port withoput further delay

I have applied for renewal of passport of my daughter Apurva Rakesh Bhave (Old Passport # E 5456614 valid till 17.12.2009) & my son Anirudh Rakesh Bhave (Old passport # E 5456615 valid till 17.12.2009) through Indus Travel, Ramdespeth, Nagpur -10. Since I am out of country, I had to take help of Indus Travel.

Application along with old passports were handed over to Indus Travel (Mr. Jagdish - [protected]) during May 2009. From middle of June we have started following up with Indus Travel to know the status of the passports. Initially till about August 2009 he was telling us that the passports are under process & soon we will get them by registered post.

These days he has stopped responding to our telephone calls & emails. We now have a doubt whether he has really applied for the passports or may be he has lost the old passports???

On may occassions we have asked him to provide us the registration number & the date of application but somehow he has avoided us giving the details.

Sir / Madam, I will be greatful of you if you can kindly track the application details from the old passport details & let us know the current status of the passports. Appreciate your help in this regards.

Please refer my e.mail of dt.[protected], through which it was requested to despatch my Haj Pilgrim an international Passport. It is regretted to bring to your kind notice that more than three and months have been passed and I have not received passport. Since last eighteen (18) days the status indicating that, ” it is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of passport have been delayed and will now be despatched in a weeks’ time

I have already paid Rs.1, 65, 000/- to Tamboli tours for Air ticket and Haj expenses. The tour authorities are pressing hard for passport for endorsement of visa form Saudi Consulate otherwise they are going to forfeit my amount, already paid to tour authorities.
It is, therefore, you are requested to please look in to the matter personally and arrange to despatch my passport as early as possible. The copy of the application status and fax message from Director (PV) New Delhi are enclosed herewith.
