Dear People in Srinagar Passport office you can find Raju on the first floor if you have any problem regarding with passport issue
He will Charge you Rs 2000 or depends on situation you are in it can go beyond 10000 also
I do not know whether he is been transferred or not but I'm 100% sure he was taking bribe
