Passport Office Surat — passport delayed for more than 40 days

Passport file nos. Su[protected] and su[protected] and pending for process since 28th december 2018. There is no method with which we are able to connect to the passport office. We are really fed up. Our all holiday booking has gone for a miss and we will end up paying much more than our budget. Kindly take it up with the regional passport office please.
