[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — fraud by orderme app of patanjali by taking prepaid order but not delivering products not refunding money

Prepaid order of rs. 1670 #order number 128125 from order me app of patanjali ayurveda has not yet been delivered. No way to track status, what's app support number not responding at all. Customer care number of order me app is fake. It rings continuously for more than hours but no body responds. Now new thing is happening. Calls are getting disconnected in 5 seconds automatically.
Called on customer care of patanjali ayurveda. Customer care number was busy for more than 2 hrs. Once it got connected, it took another 40 minutes to get connected customer care executive. They do not have any information on orders placed on order me app.
Baba ramdev and bal krishna and their team are doing fraud with indian customers by taking their money in advance and neither delivering the products nor responding the queries of customers. It is a big scam floated by patanjali to loot money of honest people who believe and trust patanjali and baba ramdev.
Request to help in getting my money back from this fraud company.

No body picks call on customer support number. NO Reply has been received for email sent by me to your customer support. It has been more than 7 days but I did not receive refund of my money. HOWEVER promise date was 2 to 5 days. No body is responding on facebook twitter instagram and other social media app with regard to refund of money I have paid. Your customer support number is fake. Customer support email id is fake. Register complain on order-me.in only generates automated message. Everytime it ask same question and give same reply. I have registered 5 complaints here but same response but no refund has been provided. I commented on multiple posts of patanjali orderme baba ramdev and bal kriahna and also tagged all of you but no refund as of now.. I am attaching snapshots. Refund the money back to my bank account. You all are doing fraud in name of swadeshi and vocal for local aandolan. Patanjali management, Ramdev and balkrishna are doing fraud through orderme app.. atop cheating money of common people of India and refund money.

Same thing happened with me. I ordered some stuff and they never delivered the stuff to me. Now i call them to deliver the stuff or refund me the money. Everytime they say we have noted down your complained and we will do something. It has been more than two month. I neither received the product nor refund.
Please note: I am not complaining about product but the delivery process. I spend my money and got nothing.
