Have purchased coronil kit through order me app 15 days back but i didn't receive my order yet. No body picking my phone and nobody responding my messages and not even replying my emails. Pathetic service.

    I have order product from order me on 16 july 2020. My order number is 57592. I have done payment of rupees 870 for this order. I didn't get delivery of product till today. I have tried many time to contact customer care but unable to contact them.

      I had placed order 2 times ; 24 july and 29july. Both time order failed but money get deducted from my account but i didn’t get any of my deducted amount till now.

        I have placed order on orderme app. But waiting for more than one week the status of order was still "confirmed". So, i cancelled the order but haven't received any confirmation for refund. Also, customer care is not picking up my call.

              But some reason i cancelled it but from your side i don't get confirmation about refund, when it refund.

              i have order recent 2 orders, in my first order Patanjali 10 kg atta is missing and in second order i have ordered coonil kit, 3 giloy amla juice of 500ml and 2 giloy 500ml but what i have recieved only coronil kit and 1 giloy 500 ml and 1 giloy amla 500.

              Where are the rest of items your customercare no response, Not able to reach over phone i have tried several times.But i will complaint you app and company further .Refund my money of products or tell me where are the other items.

              Order number 86585 :- 10 kg atta missing
              Order number 198699: 1 giloy 500 ml and 2 giloy amla 500ml missing.

                Very much frustating . I ordered some product on 24.07.2020 through order no. 128920 and till today we were unable to track my order . Neither the customer care having number is [protected] is receiving the call nor reply the whatsapp messages .ultimately after ao much frustration i have cancelled my order . God knows when my money would be refunded.

                  I have ordered total 9 items on 20.07.2020 through "ORDER ME APP" (Order No. 100236) and paid Rs. 773 through my Credit Card, but after several attempts when I didn't get any status of shipping of products then on 28.07.2020 I had cancelled my order. But till now neither I have got any refund nor any status of refund.

                  Very Bad service by Patanjali. Please refund my money at the earliest.

                    I ordered 2 nos. Coronil Tablet of Rs. 800/- on[protected] and paid full amount thru my credit card but due to unavailability of tracking facility of ordered item I cancelled this order after 6 days i.e. on[protected].
                    Now from today morning I tried to call customer care ([protected]) number of times and continuously sending whatsapp message at [protected] but nobody is responding.
                    I have attached receipt of cancelled order herewith for your ready reference and to take further necessary action.
                    Please let me know the status of my refund.

                          I ordered a coronil kits on 15th july 2020 through ORDERME APP (PREPAID ORDER). There has been no delivery so far, i have sent 7 mail reminders, 8 whatsapp messages, and tried contacting patanjali n number of times. -- result is NUL. Even spoke to the communication incharge of Divyayoga -- Stil result remains ZERO.
                          Frustrated from no response. -- Is it some kind of a joke or a Ponzy scheme to collect money from general public and use the same delaying the service.

                            I ordered 3 coronil kits on 19th july 2020. There has been no delivery so far, i tried contact patanjali but no response, tried contacting delivery partner XPRESSBEES, package info is not available. Frustrated from no response.

                            Same happened with one of my order. But after one week the status on Xpressbees got updated and now I am able to track my order as it's on the way. Paranjali updates the order status before hand over of products as per my observation. So, if you have got the AWS no. then I think you will receive the product.

                                    I made an order via orderme app and later had to cancel it. While cancelling the order, it gave an error but the status of the order says cancelled. However i have not received the refund. Can you please process the refund.

                                      fraud by orderme app of patanjali by taking prepaid order but not delivering products not refunding money

                                      Prepaid order of rs. 1670 #order number 128125 from order me app of patanjali ayurveda has not yet been delivered. No way to track status, what's app support number not responding at all. Customer care number of order me app is fake. It rings continuously for more than hours but no body responds. Now new thing is happening. Calls are getting disconnected in 5 seconds automatically.

                                      Patanjali order me app is a big fraud specially designed for fraud during pandemic through coronil kit. I order some medicine and other products on[protected] after 6 days[protected] i recieved a call from order me for confirmation as 2-3 products were not in stocks, so i cancelled my order, after that day my order is showing delivered in my app but no order received yet, i m waiting for my refund
                                      I tried 2-3 times to complaint on customer care there asked me to wait for 2-3 days now its been 15 days i have recieved no refund + now i am unable to call them, they also not answering my whtsapp msgs on whatsapp support
