[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — I book a order no. 225055 dated 10.08.2020 but order failed and refund not initiated by your orderme mobile application | |||
Dear Sir I booked an order no. 225055 on 10.08.2020 and amount has been debited from my account but order has not been shown in my order option in orderme mobile application. Detail of the transaction is as under mentioned – Transaction Date – 10.08.2020 Transaction Amount – 1000/- Transaction ID – S80850547 Transaction Description – UPI/[protected]/17:05:06/UPI/razor.[protected]@sbi/Payvi I lodged a complaint at my bank (Bank of Baroda) through online mode and complain number is ADCO[protected]. Bank replied as “Dear Sir/ Madam, Sorry for the inconvenience! As per your request, we have checked the disputed transaction and would like to inform you that transaction is successful from bank side. But as per your request, Our bank has raised the issue with the acquiring/ merchant bank by raising the chargeback on them; but Acquirer/Merchant bank SBI has rejected our Chargeback on 13.08.2020 with reason - “SERVICES /GOODS PROVIDED”. As amount is successfully remitted from bank side to the acquiring/ merchant bank and they have also confirmed about receiving the same, so we request you to please take up the matter with respective merchant.” Then I sent the mail to the merchant and registered my complaint through ticket ID XPHA-364655 and CPWO-262995 which are registered on 20.08.2020. I sent mail regarding this issue and the merchant again registered my complaint through ticket ID PQIC-040307 dated 27.08.2020. Further merchants replied to me on 01.09.2020 that this amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days but they have not been sent the item as booked by me and neither refunded the amount. I again sent a mail to the merchant on 01.10.2020 and the merchant registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. I sent mail regarding this issue and the merchant again registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. Further merchants replied to me on 14.10.2020 that the refund process has been initiated from our end on[protected] with the reference id rfnd_FnxNdDqgxp9ASb . It will take 7 to 8 working days to reflect the amount in your source account but the amount has not been refunded to my account. I again sent a mail to the merchant on 02.11.2020 and merchant registered my complaint through ticket ID OM[protected]. Further you forward my complaint to concern department on 07.11.2020 through complain id 201001_8859 as per your representative.
