Patanjali Ayurved — patanjali ayurved a big fraud by orderme app of patanjali group

I did 2 prepaid order on 20 aug 2020 of rs. 1675 and rs. 1045 #order number 254766 and 240487 from orderme app of patanjali ayurveda. Which has not yet been delivered. No way to track status, what's app support number not responding at all. The customer care number of order me app is fake. It rings continuously for more than hours but nobody responds. If someone picked the call they disconnected after checking my order. Now the new thing is happening. Calls are getting disconnected in 5 seconds automatically.
Called on customer care of patanjali ayurveda. The customer care number was busy for more than 2 hrs. Once it got connected, it took another 40 minutes to get connected customer care executive. They do not have any information on orders placed on order me app.
Baba ramdev and bal krishna and their team are doing fraud with indian customers by taking their money in advance and neither delivering the products nor responding the queries of customers. It is a big scam floated by patanjali to loot money of honest people who believe and trust patanjali and baba ramdev.
