Patanjali Ayurved — Payment not received (order has been placed but not delivered) | |||||
Hello, I am in germany right now. And i have ordered some products from patanjali ayurveda (Order # : [protected] | order date :[protected]:38 pm) online to my friend's address who lives near chennai. And i paid to buy my account (Icici bank debit card transaction id- sb498800, transaction description - min/patanjali a/ [protected]/0).My ordered has not been sent but it was placed and shows placed to me . And they did not send any mail to me regarding my product. And i am not able to track my order too. I am calling them from 24th april as i placed my ordered on 22nd april. I am mailing them on the email which they mentioned on their website ([protected]@patanjaliayurved.Net) even my friends are calling them from india only. I am also calling them from germany on the given number tel (+[protected]. No one is attending the call, i got mail from my bank also when i did the transaction to patanjali . And that mail also tells that you have sent 1100 inr to patanjali. So i want my refund . I hope you will be able to help me. And i will really appreciate you response.
