Paulo Travels — Rude staff | |
I have a booking for Paulo bus through Red bus from Sawantwadi to Mumbai. To confirm the bus status I tried using "Call Boarding Point" option from red bus but call was unanswered. So tried calling on the other contact numbers which were found through Google. All the calls went unanswered and only call answered was in the Goa branch, I politely asked them about the bus status but the executive started talking rudely. I asked him to lower his voice and said to atleast talk politely, you can't talk to the customer like this. He shouted at me and said ofcourse we can talk rudely and hung up the call. After paying a huge amount to private services atleast polite behaviour is expected. Request you to take some action against this.
