Dear sir,
On 4th nov 2017 i am pay for torrent electricity bill online through pay tm of rupees 3320 but transaction fail still i am not get refunded to my bank account
My order number is [protected]. If this app do this type of manipulate then nobody trust on this type of app. Please refund my 3320 to my account
