Pay TM — Refund on product return. | |||||
I had purchased shoes from online shopping site Pay tm. I requested return due to size problem. Pay tm initiated reverse pick up of shipment and pick up the shipment on 19/09/15 and provided me receipt for same. It was expected to reach back to merchant within 2-3 days as I received it within same time. But after a week when I ask for refund through mail they reply that I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant. I ask for status of shipment in more than 10 conversation and Pay tm replies each time that I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant. They are not tracking shipment to inform me about the status. I also inquired for date on which shipment will reach to merchant as its already a week passed but they are not responding. They have same story in each reply that, 'I will get refund after shipment reach to merchant'. While I am asking for status of shipment and date of refund action.
