5 months back subhashini call to me and told giving all services
In 5000 rs. I purchase api for 5000. They provide only 2 servises.
The bussiness was running good. When nation calmitty arised in
Channai, after that they will stoped my service for 4 months.
They told we stopped serice for api and we now giving service giving
Only white labled claints. That time i object that, they told national
Calmity arised here, we are not responciable for your investment.
You do anything, go to court or police station. They will blaming
My software is not good, and developer also not good. So you will
Upgrade your api. And told gave 10000. I was paid 10000 and taken
Api. Also i change my developer and told him to intigrate, my
New developer tryied to intigrate, but he told without company
Support we are not intigrating, and paymanthra told developer
Cont have idea in intigration. Then paymanthra told we deduct
20000 and giving you white lable. I agreed this. They make white
Lable and they will told your api wallet is not transfering to
White lable becose there no rules is there, and rbi restricted that.
Then i ask how you will take money for white lable. They told we have
Authority. My busseness was stopped. Then arun told 7 days back
You will send another 40000 rs. I will open your white lable in 2 hours
I sent 40000 on[protected]. And i called arun he will told this work
Will take 4 hours to 72 hours. Then i call him monday, he told
You send mail to support team, i only salesmen, i am not response
For your work. Then i willl sent continew mails to support team,
They not answered. And monday and tuesday i called to arun 100
Times he not receved call.
Then what can i do. I taken loan from union bank of india 2.5 lakhs.
And i adopt my 24 gms in bank. I am paying intrest for that invested
Capital.
My amount in pay manthra is - currency in api - 61267
Given to 1st api - 5000
Given to 2nd api - 10000
They deducted currency from my api (Whitlable) 20000
I paid another amount for currency 40000
Arun was told 61267+40000 transfering
To white lable account, he cont did.
And i will paid intrest to bank for 5 months 26000
And they will not provide commission for 50000
So please find solution for my problem
