I paid the amount rs. 659.47 via the above link and got the successful transaction message. But when the gas delivery came the distributor denied for the online payment received confirmation. However, the amount is deducted from the bank. Please help me in refunding it. If this is the case i will never dare to do online payments.

I paid 685 rs from the above link and got successfully transaction messages, but at the time of gas refill delivery the delivery boy refused to accept the confirmation receipt by online payment, however, the amount got deducted from my bank acc. And nothing refund happen even after 3-4 days .
Please help me with this, ill be thankful to you

Same thing happened to me too.I paid 718.43 using the ezpay link which goes to pay mantra.Used the citrus pay option to make my payment.The amount got deducted but distributor says he didn't receive it. I had to pay cash to get my cylinder.Now I don't know how to get my refund. I don't understand why does HP Gas put such fraudulent links in its sms for online payment. Shouldn't they remove it?m

I wait for hours to hours but, no use.
Please give some response. And I am unable to find customer care number of paymantra. Can you send me that number if someone got it. Or tell me the solution. I want my refund.
