[Resolved] Paynimo — Charged twice for unsuccessful transaction | |||
Hello paynimo team, This is in reference to money debited from my account two times while booking my flight tickets from via.com. The gateway took me to my net banking page and after entering all the details it gave a message saying unsuccessful transaction try to pay again. I cancelled the transaction and tried again after some time and i received the same message. You have deducted the money from my account but did not pay to the merchant. I spoke with people via and as usual they directed me to you stating they are unable to help and it would take 7 to 9 days for process the refund. This is just upsetting as because of this i am unable to book my flights and since you have deducted the money twice my account now does not have sufficient balance.
