Sir, On 22/03/2019, i have tried to pay my electricity bill through techprocess payment services, the amount of rs. 10, 831 has been deducted from my account but bill not paid. I have paid online my Electricity Bill. Payment has been deducted twice from my bank account in the amount of (Rs. 1407) and again (Rs. 1407) and both times the transaction to the electric office has failed, Please see the attached transaction numbers and the bank deduction screen shot
