Today, i did online payment of mahanagrar gas bill through techprocess gateway where amount got debited from account but didn't receive any receipt copy. Which we usually get while doing online payment. After amount deduction we receive receipt as payment success with transaction number details etc. Which i didn't received for mahanagar gas bill payment. Kindly have more detail for your reference.
