[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — amount rs. 980 debited but payment on electrictynot done | |
I made a payment of rs.980 on north bihar electricity bill payment by pay u pay gateway and it showed transaction failed but rs. 980 got debited from account. Transaction was made on 12 feb 2020 with transaction id othpg 92107 by sbi master card. Debited amount has not been credited back in account till now after one week.
