[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — bsnl topup amount debited, but transaction not complete | |
Tried to topup my bsnl (Kerala circle) sim with rs.550 through my bsnl app by debit card. Amount is debited from my bank account, but transaction is not complete through paynimo, topup is also not complete. A window with "please wait.. Transaction is being processed" didn't went on. Screen shot is added. But message from bank has already come stating that amount of rs.550 is debited to portal bsnl tpslm. Please resolve this and either refund the amount or add to my bsnl account.
