Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — I am complaining about my electricity bill of jbvnl.

Dear sir/madam

I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of ₹1598 on march through online payment mode of jbvnl website on 09.03.2019. The amount has been deducted from my sbi account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. My consumer no is zn2003 of sub-electricity office at jamshedpur (Mango ii). The transaction id for deducting the amount from my bank account which was received in my accounts is "othpg[protected]jharkhandbijlivitranmumbai". I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible. My mail id is ([protected]@gmail.com). Regards.
