I have done transaction on 14th of december 2019 through upi. But amount got deducted from my account and the payment failed. My money got stuck somewhere. Please help me with my transaction. My axis bank account has been debited rs 1000 on 18th Dec 2019 by techprocess without any transaction made be me. This is really unsafe procedure. I have attached the screenshot of my transaction details
