[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — icici health insurance premium payment not received by icici | |||
Based on request received from insurance company icici lombard telecaller on 23.12.2019, i had received mail requesting policy premium payment with my policy number, so i have made the payment to icici lombard using paynimo on 24.12.19, which is still not received by insurance company. Txn i'd[protected]. On various occasion the issue was taken up with icici lombard but till date they have not received my payment not they are providing any guidance to how to resolve this issue.
