[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — issue regarding pending payment status

I have paid bsnl landline bill of kerala circle on 13 th oct 2018 through online. But the payment status shows transaction had failed and the bill amount have been debited from bank account without generating the receipt. The details of bill are furnished below. Kindly do the needful to clarify the same.

Please check the status and arrange to provide the refund details if any for the below failed txn as the money is neither reflected in my bank account nor in the bsnl acount.
