[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — made a payment to tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation ltd. - amount debited from my bank account | |||
I am cable tv operator doing business with tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited. I used to pay the amount through paynimo gateway (As you are the service provider for tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited). I did transfer a payment of rs.20000/- on 02.02.2019 to tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited via your payment gateway. After the payment transfer i got the message as hot payment successful. Do not refresh... But the gateway did not returned to the home page of tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited. My money was deducted from my bank account. But it did not credited to tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited account also. I launched a complaint to tamilnadu arasu cable tv corporation limited - trichy branch. But so far no action from their side. Transaction details are My lco number is : lco20861 My bank name is : united bank of india ltd - trichy kk nagar branch My transfer amount is : rs.20000/= (Twenty thousand only) Transaction details :l226757_tamilnadu / [protected] I got the transaction confirmation from my banker. The confirmed that the amount was credited to the respective account - paynimo. Kindly provide us the Techprocess Payment ID or the First six digits and Last four digits of card if payment is done through Debit/Credit card to trace the transaction from our end. I clearly informed that after the payment is over "Hot payment Successful. You will be redirected to ...page. Do not refresh or ..." message appeared. I waited but nothing happened for more than 30 mins. Meantime amount was debited from my bank account. That transaction number only I can provide and that is the thing I have. I am not able to attach the transaction receipt from the banker. It is not accepting the image which I am trying to attach.
Your register vendor detail to whom I made the payment - "Tamilnadu Arasu Cable Tv Corp L226757 ".
Transaction details given by my banker is "L226757_Tamilnadu /[protected]
Check with the payment received on behalf of this Vendor/client of yours (Tamilnadu Arasu Cable Tv Corp L226757 ) on 02 February 2019 between 2.30 pm to 2.58 Pm and if you can able to find out the transaction made by the United Bank Of India.
If you had not doing this, but claiming 100% complaints free. I don't think this is not the solution which you are claiming as 100% complaints free.
