Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — made payment and debit in bank but not passed credit to merchant | |||||
I made a Videocon D2H recharge on 29.04.2018 and the amount was debited from Bank account and shown success, the Techprocess page got stuck and did not transfer to Merchant page (Videocon site), so I lost Rs 500/- in the process. I am still waiting for your Techprocess to refund the amount but looks like you will not refund without a complaint. This is not right on your part, if customer loses money, you can track the payment and do the refund in two working days... Was this information helpful? | |||||
