[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Money deducted from my bank and receiver bank did not receive money

Sir on 11th september 2020 i had funded money to icici bank of 10000rs for opening fd account, money was deducted from account and icici bank didnt received money
In statement it is showing money transfered-TO TRANSFER-INB Billjunction dot com TECH_BILJUN
Payments-----with reference number [protected]IGAJJOPQU2 TRANSFER TO 459

please solve this issue as soon as possible

first be cool, your money is safe

goto https://eazypay.icicibank.com/homePage

select transcation status option

enter your mobile no, you will get transcation id

later visit your branch and raise a complaint of fd created but not credited into account

definetly will be solve sir

actually what happened was money went to pool icici account because at time of account creation your account will not be assign so money went to pool account
