[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — money deducted from paytm wallet but the transaction failed!! | |
My money amounting to inr 1352.24 was deducted from my paytm wallet how ever the transaction status came back as failed. Now my paytm wallet has not been credited back nor the merchant has been paid as the amount is showing as outstanding and the result screen gave the transaction status failed. Paytm transactions reference number is[protected] and paytm is telling me they have paid you guys successfully. Kindly either pay the merchant or credit the money back to my wallet.
