[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Money deduction though transaction failed

I did online payment from my axis bank to flipkart through tech process payment gateway for an amount of irs 23748 for online purchasing. But that transaction was failed and advise for try again and money deducted from my account. The amount does not reach to flipkart. I confirmed from axis bank that the amount send to tech process account already. To get clearly, please see the below screen shot below.
So i request tech process to refund my amount 23748 to the same debited account asap.
