Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Payment amount debited from my account but not credited to beneficiary

I have made an online payment of rupees 1599 through net banking for booking new connection on Videocon dth.

I paid through net banking and amount deducted from my account. When I contacted the beneficiary (Videocon dth), they saying that amount not credited to them.

So please check the transaction and refund the amount as soon as possible.
