Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — payment debited from account, but not credited to merchant | |||
On 3rd april, 2020 i made a payment of rs. 26, 919/- through netbanking from my hdfc bank account to "feecounter" towards my ward's education fee. The amount shows credited from my account but not received by "feecounter". Please look into the matter and credit the same to feecounter so that i can get the payment receipt. Though amount deducted from my bank account but not credited to Muthoot finance. Message from bank shows that the amount is credited to Techprocess Solutions Ltd. Hence kindly refund my above said amount.
