[Resolved] Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Payment Failure Issue | |
Dear Sir, I have made an online payment through Union Bank of India Net Banking Option for payment of HDFC LIfe Insurance Premium against Policy No. 10237733 in the name of Mr. Subodh Kumar Jalan. An amount of Rs. 12, 496/- was deducted on 24/03/2021 vide Transaction Ref No. ePAY/To:TECHPROCESS/[protected]/HDFC INSURANCE. The above amount has been deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited in my policy account. Kindly guide as to how should i proceed for the refund of the amount or credit in my policy account Was this information helpful? | |
