Sir my online bill payment to KSEB through techprocess payment was declared to be failed at payment gateway but money has been debited from my bank account in SBI. Transaction at payment gateway failed once but I got my bank confirmation message.My consumer number is[protected] and amount debited is Rs.7100.Kindly help me to overcome this difficult situation. Transaction Id of payment failure is[protected]. It would be helpful if you could mail me the details through email.

yamjala karthik's response "Muthoot finance" payment transaction id[protected] kindly recharge my Muthoot payment amount 8614. I am excepting valuable reply from you .My bank is SBI

I had tried to book 4 ipl tickets but received payment gateway error and found at last that tickets did not book but TRANSAcTION WAS DONE FROM MY HDFC BANK account of 3069(per ticket 750 with extra charge of 69)
