Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — paynimo money debited but not sent to merchant | |
I had done 2 online transaction using kotak net banking via paynimo to recharge my bbdaily account. Both the time there was error (Screenshot attached) and rs. 1000 was debited 2 times, but it was not sent to merchant (Bbdaily) as i cannot see any money added to my bbdaily wallet. These are the sms received on both times Rs.1, 000.00 has been debited from your a/c xxxxxx via kotak pg on 21-apr-20 vide ref no. [protected]. To report fraud or raise dispute, click kotak.com/fraud Rs.1, 000.00 has been debited from your a/c xxxxxx via kotak pg on 23-apr-20 vide ref no. [protected]. To report fraud or raise dispute, click kotak.com/fraud Please look into this urgently and refund money back in my account. The reference number for both the deductions are given above.
