I made a transaction on bsnl payment portal to pay my landline bill through your gateway on 24 march 2020 at 10:48 am of 389 rupees through my rupay debit card, but the transaction failed due to some technical problems and an error page appeared with this message - "please check and verify if the amount has been debited by your bank. If the debit has happened the actual final status of your transaction will be confirmed back to your merchant on the next working day. You can check with the merchant on the same after that period." It has been two days now and no refund has been done by any source. I'm looking forward to get my complaint resolved and getting refund from the responsible source.
