Sir, Date of incident : 12/12/2019 at 22.07 hrs. Amount of recharge : 1699/- Techprocess-shp no. :[protected]. My bsnl mobile no. : [protected]. Full description : rs.1699/- debited from my bank account but i have not received any data or message from bsnl portal or refund the amount from techprocess payment services.
