Sir, This bring to your notice that i made a payment amounting to rs 755 (Twice) through debit card (Card no. 6070 xxxx xxxx 7725) to indian oil corporation ltd. As online lpg gas booking payment on 12.02.2018. But the an amount of rs.755 (Twice) (755+755=1510) debited from the bank a/c (Uco bank) which is surprisingly payable at techprocess payment se..., instead of payable at indian oil corporation ltd. And as a result, no gas booking is placed with an error and message "failure to place the order" each time. Kindly look into the matter and please do the needful for refunding the amount of rs.1510 (755+755) to the bank account. Thanking you, Was this information helpful? | |||||
