[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction failed but money is deducted

Sir,
I had transferred money through canara bank net banking to dream11 account twice on 7/7/2018 and 8/7/2018 transid_ TECHPROC[protected] & TECHPROC[protected] and both the transcations were failed but I got deduction message from my bank. I have read the complaints on same issues and same the details why are you not taking strict actions against these payment companies. Please kindly resolve my issues as early as possible.

We would like to inform you that on the basis of the given details we have checked and found that the status for the same was reported as pending at our end as we had not received the response in real time from bank's end.
Accordingly, as per the standard process, on receipt of the recon file, the said transaction was processed as refund and the refund instruction was sent to your bank on 09.07.2018

You are therefore requested to kindly check your bank account statement to confirm the credit receipt or contact your bank in case you have not received any reversal into your account.

My transaction failed on bsnl portal the transaction id is- fcdr[protected].The date of transaction was 12 jul 2018 at 10:45 am. Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue.
