Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction failed but money was deducted from my bank account | |||
I have paid rupees 8, 618.00 as fees to hdfc ltd through your payment gateway on 22 aug 2019 @ 00:09:46 am ist, but i got the transaction error message as seen in the attachment. This amount got debited from my kotak mahindra bank (Same has been confirmed after talking with kotak mahindra bank representative) Please confirm the status of this said transaction & refund my paid amount immediately.
