[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — transaction successful but not credited

Hi,

I have done a transaction on 20 april.2020 for cable recharge for new connection.

The transaction amount rs 2080 /- has been debited from bank account which was not credited to cable operator for new recharge. (Set box plus cable charges)

The transaction is done using upi and reference number is been attached for reference purpose

Please look into this and do the needful asap by crediting the amount back to my account

we have made Hathway interenet payment with your TECHPROCESS PAYMENT SERVICES on date.10.12.20. Still payment not receive to Hathway and my account is still deactivated. we are sending payment screen short for your reference.
