Paypal — Fraudulent use of my card

Address: plot no 30 Chennai Tamilnadu India

This is to bring to your notice that my credit card ending with 8703 was misused by some person and transacted an amount in Euro and I got the debit for which I did not transact. kindly help in reversing this transaction on priority and urgently.
