PaySense — Abuse to family and contact illegal contact detail stolen

I have already requested hold on my loan due to the loss of my job. Unfortunately, this has significantly affected my ability to meet my financial obligations. But it seems like the recovery agent wants me to do robbery and continue to threaten myself, family members, relatives, friends and previous office staff abuse them on daily basis. The unprofessional and unlawful behavior exhibited by these agents has caused me significant distress and anxiety. So i request you to take legal action as i am not able to repay right now.
