This link is not acceptable by other bank from where I get my fund sanction with Balance trasfer of paysense loan they need Neft details for making payments directly to you as you guys don’t accept DD payment and you have office only in mumbai …
And only 1 way to communicate is support mail I’d even you guys don’t have dedicated customer care and you are registered Nbfc
